We recently purchased an Odin22 Thunder Laser from ITS Ltd and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, Mike and Sara were incredibly helpful—walking us through what the machine could do and even running samples on a range of products we brought in to make sure it was the right fit for our specific needs.
Installation was super straightforward. Mike had the laser fully set up with a range of tried-and-tested settings, which meant we could hit the ground running across different materials and applications. He also took the time to show me how to use the machine safely, how to maintain it properly, and shared a heap of useful tips to keep everything running smoothly.
One of the best parts about working with ITS has been the ongoing support. Mike is always quick to answer the phone when we need help, especially when we’re testing new products or working with unfamiliar materials. Nothing is too much trouble—he genuinely enjoys the challenge of problem-solving and tweaking things to get the machine running at its best, which is a game-changer when you’re doing production runs of 1000+ units.

I contacted Sara and Mike for to get a price and information on CO2 lasers late last year. Within no time I received my response. The information given exceeded my expectation, with clear and honest pricing and delivery timeframes.
They installed and set up the laser unit, as communicated. The delivery was on time and the care taken to install the unit was exceptional. The aftercare service to date from Sara is exceptional. She is always available to take a panic call.
